Dana Wilson
Our Executive Director is Coach Dana Wilson. He is the Founder of Cadillac Boxing Club from which Never Down For The Count Youth Services grew out of. He is a 1980 graduate of Cadillac High School and spent 30 years in Saginaw where he worked with young people in a variety of ways including social work, pastoral ministry, Chaplin at the Saginaw County Juvenile Detention Center and various non profit efforts he administrated as well as being a foster care provider. He retired from his non profit ministry, Shiloh’s Lighthouse Ministry in 2012 and moved home to Cadillac, MI where early in 2013 he founded Cadillac Boxing Club.
Coach Dana is a Certified USA Amateur Boxing Coach and retired from being a Licensed Foster Care Provider for the State of Michigan after caring for over 40 young men in three decades of care in 2023.





Cultivating Men of Excellence
Our nonprofit youth mentoring program is dedicated to empowering young men in the Middle to High School age range through amateur boxing. We provide a positive and challenging program that helps prepare them for adulthood.
